Vietnamese River Cobbler

I saw an article on Hester's facebook page about a new Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong and there was a very appetising picture of a fish dish cooked in Turmeric and Dill. Nuch and I alternate cooking lunches here each trying to out-do one-another. We give marks out of 10. I got nine and a half today for this Vietnamese River Cobbler fish with Butternut Squash mash and stir-fry spring onions and cucumber. The fish was from Tesco.
